WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We use Australia Post For All Deliveries.

DOMESTIC

Express which should arrive:

  • 1-3 business days from dispatch (3-5 business days from dispatch in WA).
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
  • $10 flat rate

Standard which should arrive:

  • 2-8 business days from dispatch (3-5 business days from dispatch in WA).
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
  • Free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL

Should arrive:
  • 5-10 business days from dispatch.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
  • $30 flat rate
Tamba Retail is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by delivery companies or local customs.

RETURN TO SENDER

Orders that are returned to sender through no fault of Tamba Retail will be issued a refund minus the Australian or International delivery fee. If you would like to arrange re-delivery, a further $10 delivery fee will be required.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and taxes are occasionally incurred on package arrival and are charged direct to the customer. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to.

If you select this option upon checkout, please be aware that we are unable to replace or refund items that are lost or damaged as a consequence.
